Our Services

We offer supportive and engaging services to foster independence and community integration for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our programs empower each person to live a fulfilling life.

Productive Arts Workshops

Individuals can engage in our various skill-building activities, including group cooking sessions, computer skills training, price checks, writing exercises, gardening, planning monthly calendars,  coloring, board games, music, dance, and card games.

Day Program/Community Integration

Our program allows individuals to participate in everyday community activities, build social connections, and develop important life skills such as local events, bowling, movies, restaurants, and fitness centers.

Supported Living/HPC

Our dedicated team provides secure and supportive residential environments designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to fostering independence while offering 24-hour home care and assistance.

Community Transition

Participant Directed HPC

  • Behavior management
  • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Emergency On-call system & Other services

Homemaker Personal Care

  • Medication Administration – (We employed well-trained nurses to ensure health and safety of our individuals)
  • Assistance with setting/going to appointments.
  • Meal planning and diet

Shared Living

  • Paying Bills
  • Finances (banking) and budgeting
  • Assistance with filing taxes

HOMEMAKER PERSONAL CARE (HPC) TRANSPORTATION

  • Transportation (including wheelchair accessible vehicles)
